The Little Things
By: Kara Aleece
Sunsets seem to always evoke a feeling of promise. Different from the promises of rainbows, it’s the last light of day, and sure enough light returns every morning. If you can hang on to the tiny promises of the day, like sunsets, and hold onto the freshness coming in the morning, then maybe today will be a good day to have a good day. “Mornings are hardest on me,” states the artist. “I look for the smallest way to keep going, and living in Montana always prompts me to look up toward the ever changing sky. Suddenly the day seems brighter.”
