In The Pursuit

We really hate to be the ones to tell you this, but planet Earth is in the middle of a global pandemic. We were shocked too. But, we are happy to say that, for the most part, our ITP friends are still producing their wares and appreciate your support of their small businesses (us too). Please note, though, that the chaos caused by COVID-19 may delay shipment of your orders. Be safe!

Additional Details

Greece is one of the oldest wine grape producing regions in the world, the “PDO” (Protected Designation of Origin) Roditis grapes used in our white wine vinegar have been cultivated for over 2000 years along the mountain slopes high above Patras, Greece. A recognized health benefit, Roditis grapes are a natural source of antioxidants. Corinthia has a bright lemon and stone fruit flavor, hints of crisp apple and pear with a soft aroma of coriander.

Nemea is an ancient site in Peloponnese, Greece. Agiorgitiko grapes used in our red wine vinegar originate from this region and are one of Greece’s signature wine varietals. Any product labeled “Nemea” must be 100% Agiorgitiko. The Agiorgitiko is a source of flavonoids, an antioxidant well known for its health benefits. Nemea has aromas of black cherry and plum, with hints of ruby red grapefruit, cinnamon and clove.

Erika is a well balanced, white balsamic style vinegar. Raw and unfiltered, organic Erika honey holds a high concentration of bee pollen gathered from the Spring Heath flower in the hills and valleys of Pindos, Greece, thereby preserving all the natural health benefits of honey known throughout the centuries. Erika has aromas of apricot, ripe pear and lavender with hints of orange blossom and a sweet citrus fruit finish.
